Please read all policies before booking. By submitting an appointment request, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
💰 Deposits
A deposit is required to secure every appointment.
No deposit = no appointment. Your appointment is not considered booked until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your service.
If you do not complete your deposit within the required timeframe, your appointment time may be released.
⏰ Grace Period & Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
Arrivals beyond the grace period may be subject to a late fee.
Arriving significantly late may result in cancellation of the appointment, with the deposit forfeited.
Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
🚫 No-Shows
No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
After a no-show, future appointments may require full payment upfront or may be declined.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited for late cancellations.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in booking restrictions.
👤 No Guests
No guests are permitted.
Please arrive alone for your appointment.
This includes children, friends, partners, and other family members.
🧼 Bare Hands Are Required
Please arrive with clean, bare natural nails unless you have specifically booked a removal service.
No polish, press-ons, acrylic, gel, glue, oils, or other products should be on the nails prior to your appointment.
If you arrive with product that requires removal and removal was not included in your booking, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
📸 Nail Inspiration
Inspiration photos are welcome!
Please email your inspiration photos before your appointment so your desired design can be reviewed ahead of time.
Complex designs may require additional time and/or an additional design fee.
Your final design may vary slightly from an inspiration photo based on nail length, shape, and available products.
🛠️ Nail Repairs
Repairs to nails completed by KBLLC may be subject to a repair fee depending on the situation.
Repairs to work completed by another nail technician may require a new service or removal before a new set can be applied.
🧴 Removal Services
Removal of previous product must be booked as a removal service when applicable.
Additional removal fees may apply if removal was not included with your selected service.
🎨 Design Changes
Please communicate your desired design when booking and send inspiration photos in advance.
Last-minute design changes may result in additional fees or may not be possible if they require additional time or materials.
💳 Payment
The required deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service.
Accepted payment methods will be listed when booking.
